Payouts

• In order to be payed, customer must follow through with using one of our services at least one time

• We pay via Venmo or physical cash

• We keep log of how many clients you have brought to us and the total amount to be paid out to you each month

• Mowing pays 50% of first visit, and 2% commission of each visit after that

• Landscaping pays 10% of the total job price

• Examples:

  • Lawn mowing: $40 yard = $20 one-time payout, $0.80 payout each time we mow

  • Landscaping: $500 job = $50 one-time payout

• Payouts continue throughout the mowing season, which is March-November. For example, if you bring us a lead in March, you will receive your initial payout the day we do the job for the client, and then your 2% commission every month until November. Likewise, if you bring us a lead in September, you will receive your initial payout the day we do the job for the client, and then your 2% commission for September, October, and November. They reset every year.

How it Works - Step By Step Process:

1. Find someone you know or a property that looks like it could use some work.

2. Reach out to them

   1. If it’s someone you know, shoot them a message or a quick call

   2. If it’s a random house, write your name and a “quick note” on the back of a piece of paper or a door card that we provide you and hang it on their door or mailbox. DO NOT open their mailbox as that is a federal offense.

      1. The “quick note” you write on the paper or back of the door card should say something along the lines of: “Hi, this is [YOUR NAME] with TurfWorks. We were in the neighborhood and noticed your [WHATEVER IT IS] could use some TLC. Contact us for a free quote and tell them [YOUR NAME] sent you for a discount!

3. Keep a note/log of all prospects you have attempted to contact and send it to us as you update it.

   1. This log should contain prospect name, prospect address, prospect contact info. If you don’t know all of those, just put down what you know.

4. Once a prospect contacts you/us, we will get them a free quote sheet put together and send it to them.

5. If they decide to move forward with our services, we will pay you the day we do the job. If it is a recurring job, such as routine maintenance, we will pay you monthly.

Let me know, or you can visit www.turfworkslawn.com/get-quote, and we will have a FREE quote sent to you as soon as possible. Have a good rest of your day and we look forward to hearing back from you!
